Server Management on Request - On Request management is provided to any customer at additional rate of $50.00 per hour with a minimal increment of 15 minutes. We recommend this type of management to those who can manage their own servers or VPS on their own but can require occasional assistance.

Please note that our technical team can refuse to assist due to technical or security reasons. This work is considered "best effort" when working on 3rd party software. The best source of troubleshooting support is the software vendor.
