So...you got your new proxy blocks/ranges and you try to ping them from either the outside world or from the server outbound and you find that the ping command isn't working. Is something wrong with the new ranges?

We block ICMP packets by default on all proxy ranges. This helps to preserve the integrity of the ranges and we will NOT lift the icmp block on them so please do not ask.
